Iscale Solutions seeks a senior accounting leader to oversee financial operations across multiple entities. You will manage monthly close, consolidate reporting, and coordinate with CPAs for tax and audits.

The role requires strong expertise in GL, budgeting, and cash flow, with experience in real estate and IT services preferred. The successful candidate will supervise accounting staff, maintain strong internal controls, and deliver insightful financial analysis to ownership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least five years of progressive accounting or financial-management experience.
• Experience managing accounting for multiple companies or legal entities.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, general-ledger accounting, budgeting, and cash-flow management.
• CPA, CMA, or public-accounting experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee accounting and financial operations for multiple companies and LLCs.
• Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Establish and manage a consistent monthly closing process.
• Maintain separate books and reporting for each company and property.
• Prepare consolidated financial reporting for ownership.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, bank reconciliations, and cash balances.
• Monitor cash balances and prepare short- and long-term cash-flow forecasts.
• Develop annual budgets and compare actual results against budget.
• Manage intercompany transactions, owner distributions, loans, and allocations.
• Coordinate payroll processing, benefits-related financial reporting, and required filings.
• Work with outside CPAs on tax planning, tax returns, audits, and year-end reporting.
• Maintain relationships with banks, lenders, insurance providers, and other financial partners.
• Strengthen internal controls and establish documented financial procedures.
• Identify cost savings, financial risks, and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Supervise or coordinate the work of bookkeepers and administrative accounting personnel.
• Provide the President with practical financial analysis and recommendations.
• Oversee recurring contract billing and customer collections.
• Monitor monthly recurring revenue, project revenue, margins, and customer profitability.
• Track labor utilization and departmental performance.
• Review hardware, software, subcontractor, and vendor costs.
• Improve reporting on managed-services contracts and major projects.
• Maintain property-level income statements and balance sheets for Real Estate and Self-Storage.
• Track rental income, tenant receivables, occupancy, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Monitor mortgages, debt-service requirements, escrow accounts, and loan covenants.
• Assist with property budgets, refinancing, acquisitions, and renovation analysis.
• Review self-storage revenue, occupancy, delinquency, discounts, and operating performance.
• Provide ownership with clear reporting on each property and investment.
