Job summary

Circular Economy Group (CEG) is hiring a Controller who can balance strategic partnership with the CEO and hands-on month-end close across multiple entities. You’ll lead a small finance team and build financial infrastructure for a fast-scaling, multi-entity rollup.

This is a builder’s seat in a fast-moving environment; you’ll own FP&A, cash flow, tax coordination, and intercompany accounting, while partnering with lenders and CPAs to ensure clean audits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Controller, VP Finance, or Head of Finance with strategic and hands-on accounting.
• Startup or high-growth experience with multi-entity consolidation.
• Hands-on with GL and spreadsheets; strong cash management.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and intercompany accounting across 4–6 entities.
• Own monthly close, consolidated reporting, and audits.
• Manage treasury, cash flow forecasting, and working capital.
• Oversee tax, compliance, insurance, and liaise with CPAs/lenders.
• Build and lead the finance team and implement systems.
• Drive acquisitions diligence, valuation, and post-close integration.
