The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource use within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will analyze demand, balance capacity, arrange sequences, and monitor deliveries while collaborating with master planning to optimize production plans and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or High School Diploma with relevant hands-on experience.
• Solid skills in production planning and MRP.
• Good understanding of demand and capacity analysis as well as scheduling tools.
• Proficiency in monitoring and coordinating deliveries.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule the delivery of parts, materials and components for production or in other supply chain operations as assigned.
• Regularly analyze order plans, and double-check availability of stocks of materials, parts and components (demand/capacity analyses).
• Arrange, schedule and prioritize sequences, quantities and target date based on DCC (demand capacity checks).
• Determine daily work order sequence, and level weekly sequence planning on a daily basis.
• Execute load balancing calculations, and cooperate with master planning for optimized plans.
• Monitor deliveries as scheduled, and propose measures in case of deviation.
