Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Materials Requirement Planner (MRP) to ensure timely availability of materials for production.

The role focuses on inventory planning, data analysis, and customer service, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to align material availability with production needs. You will maintain SAP master data, optimize replenishment strategies, monitor stock levels, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory

Qualifications

Proven experience in materials planning, supply chain, or inventory management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.
Certification in supply chain management.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze forecast to optimize reorder points and stocking levels.
Maintain SAP master data (planning parameters, lead-times, batch sizes, safety stocks).
Plan and maintain inventory levels to meet production while minimizing costs.
Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers for timely material delivery.
Collaborate on production planning to ensure material availability.
Manage Returns Material Authorization (RMA) processes and stock transfers.
Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements in material planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
