Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Fargo, ND is seeking a Material Requirements Planning Manager to translate customer and supplier demand into executable manufacturing plans. You will bridge demand, material availability, capacity, and inventory to ensure reliable production and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Procurement, Warehouse, and Engineering, plus ongoing focus on inventory optimization and workforce leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience is required or desired.
• Experience leading or supervising materials, inventory, logistics, planning, or supply chain teams is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to review data, identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain plans aligning demand, production, and capacity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering and other partners.
• Identify constraints, improve planning accuracy, mitigate risks, and drive end-to-end improvements.
• Manage staffing, development, and performance of materials management workers.
• Define and maintain optimal inventory levels and perform inventory analysis.
