Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. in Warren, OH is seeking an Inventory/Materials Planner to manage MRO supplies, spare parts inventory, and refurbishment activities. You will plan, stock, and optimize inventory to meet production needs while minimizing costs.

This role does not handle bulk chemicals. Responsibilities include daily MRP duties, coordinating with planners and vendors, maintaining SAP inventory health, and supporting write-offs and obsolete parts management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of logistics, warehousing, spare parts management and SAP experience.
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, including proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to utilize SAP systems and processes for ordering, receiving, storing and issuing parts and supplies.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily MRP controlling duties (replenishment of Safety Stock and the ordering of other parts and supplies to meet demand).
• Communicate delivery date revisions and expedite parts for breakdowns.
• Manage inventory levels using Inventory Health processes and metrics.
• Support refurbishment activities and managing interim bins in SAP; monitor disposition of obsolete/surplus material.
