Job summary

EMCOR Group is seeking a Receiving Clerk to manage day-to-day parts receiving and inventory activities at our Warren, OH facility. You will handle MRO supplies, put-away tasks, and coordinate outgoing shipments while liaising with third-party operations.

This role excludes raw materials or bulk chemical handling. The position requires proven logistics experience, forklift and boom lift licenses, and strong computer skills, including SAP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of logistics, warehousing, spare parts management and SAP experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and SAP proficiency.
• Forklift and Boom Lift licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Unload shipments, verify orders, tag items, and deliver to stocking locations.
• Operate lifts, scales, hand trucks, dollies, and other stocking equipment.
• Prepare forms and records, noting discrepancies and damaged merchandise.
• Receive and check merchandise against the purchase order.
• Prepare shipments for return to vendors and deliver/pick up shipments.
• Maintain regular contact with departments and vendors regarding shipment status and discrepancies.
