Job summary

On-Target Supplies & Logistics, Ltd. is seeking an MRP Controller, Repairs in Dallas to ensure materials are available for production.

The role involves maintaining SAP master data, planning inventory, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors in a fast-paced office environment. You will optimize replenishment strategies, manage stock levels, and support procurement activities while working on-site in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in materials planning, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SAP master data (planning parameters, lead-times, batch sizes, safety stocks) to optimize replenishment.
• Plan and maintain inventory levels to meet production requirements.
• Utilize SAP to monitor and manage stock levels.
• Create and change plant data, storage views, warehouse management views, MRP views (Material master).
• Analyze stock reporting to minimize production disruption due to stocking issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers for timely material delivery.
• Collaborate on production planning to align material availability with needs.
• Work with vendors to obtain Return Material Authorizations for repairs.
