WD seeks an experienced MRO Commodity Manager to lead strategic sourcing and contracting for MRO services at Western Digital California sites, including San Jose or Fremont. You will shape category strategies, negotiate master agreements, and drive supplier performance across global operations.

The role requires 5+ years in MRO sourcing, strong negotiation, project management, and proficiency with Oracle and other supply chain tools.

Formación

Bachelor/Masters degree required with 5+ years of experience in MRO services.
Degree in Business or Engineering preferred; PMP/CPSM/CPCM desirable.
Strong negotiating skills and understanding of cost models and contracting risk.
Proven project management, organizational, and analytical abilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and supply chain tools.

Responsabilidades

Develop MRO category strategies for local operations aligned with global category management strategies, including sustainability sourcing.
Lead supplier selection processes, RFPs/RFQs, and contract negotiations.
Manage contract execution, renewals, and performance analytics with suppliers.
Provide contract management and cross-functional collaboration to meet business objectives.
Evaluate stakeholder requests and ensure competitive market conditions.
