Nivagen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a procurement professional to plan purchases and execute orders for MRO materials and services, ensuring coverage while following financial guidelines.

You will source and negotiate within defined quality and pricing, and help generate a robust sourcing and category management model that drives value for the company. You will act as SAP purchasing SME, train users on PO creation, identify cost-saving opportunities through data analysis, manage RFQs and

• Minimum three years of experience in a purchasing role.
• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing and purchasing processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Place purchase orders in a timely fashion and follow up on delivery dates.
• Plan inventory levels for MRO materials with functional leads.
• Conduct RFQs and negotiate MRO goods and services.
• Develop and maintain a category management strategy to improve lead times and pricing.
• Create contractual agreements with key suppliers and perform vendor audits.
