Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years procurement and inventory management experience.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; detail oriented.
• Analytical and interpersonal skills; experience with ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure purchase orders align with pre-negotiated pricing and production dates.
• Use Microsoft Business Central (ERP) to review and compile data.
• Develop lean-based processes and procedures for MRO inventory management and replenishment.
• Support Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program and monitor material levels.
• Monitor purchases and delivery dates for special promotions and projects.
• Maintain logs, spreadsheets and reports; process returns in ERP.
• Adjust inventory levels as business conditions change for assigned items.
• Attend meetings to support pack configurations and report back to the team.
