Qualifications

• 2-3 years of MRO purchasing experience.
• High school diploma; 2 years of college required.
• Solid knowledge of MRO materials.
• Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with RS Integrated Supply or client CMMS/Inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and trainings.
• Source new suppliers and negotiate terms for cost savings.
• Achieve savings through pricing and shared savings reports.
• Develop OEM commercialization opportunities with customers to reduce costs.
• Maintain vendor database and set up local vendors as needed.
• Generate POs using RS Integrated Supply or client CMMS purchasing system.
• Expedite orders and monitor open orders; communicate delays.
• Build strong relationships with clients and management.
