Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking an MRO Manager to develop and execute our maintenance, repair, and operations procurement strategy across manufacturing, warehouse, project, and facility operations.

You will lead standardization, supplier programs, inventory solutions, and procurement tech while ensuring critical indirect materials and services are available as needed. Qualifications

• 5+ years in purchasing, sourcing, MRO, inventory management, or supply chain.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial fabrication, or modular construction environments.
• Experience with supplier negotiations, process improvement, inventory planning, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience using ERP systems and performing spend or operational data analysis.
• Prior leadership, team-lead, or project-lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company-wide MRO procurement strategy, aligning priorities with operational needs and future growth.
• Standardize MRO purchasing processes, approved buying channels, and operating procedures across facilities and warehouses.
• Implement and expand ERP punch-out catalogs and other e-procurement solutions with strategic MRO suppliers.
• Drive user adoption of preferred catalogs and reduce emergencies, off-contract, and non-compliant purchases.
• Partner with Warehouse Management to establish stocking, replenishment, point-of-use, and industrial vending programs.
• Analyze demand, spend, and inventory consumption to improve availability, utilization, and working-capital control.
• Develop preferred supplier programs; lead supplier negotiations, performance reviews, and service improvements.
