Job summary

Turbine Air Systems, Ltd. in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced MRO Manager to develop and execute our maintenance, repair, and operations procurement strategy for manufacturing, warehouse, and facilities.

Qualifications

5 years experience in purchasing, sourcing, MRO, or related areas.
Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments.
Experience with supplier negotiations, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.
Experience using ERP systems and performing spend analysis.
Prior leadership or project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the company-wide MRO procurement strategy aligning with operations.
Standardize MRO purchasing processes and approved channels.
Implement punch-out catalogs and e-procurement with key suppliers.
Drive adoption of catalogs and reduce off-contract purchases.
Collaborate with Warehouse Management on stocking and replenishment.
Analyze demand, spend, and inventory to improve availability and working capital.
Develop supplier programs; lead negotiations and performance reviews.
Identify cost savings and process-efficiency opportunities.
Forecast MRO requirements with operational leaders.
Develop KPI reporting for spend, savings, and catalog adoption.
Lead two MRO Buyers/Coordinators.
Promote culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
