Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of MRO procurement and indirect materials.
• Experience leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives.
• Proven supplier negotiations and cost-optimization work.
• Proficiency with ERP/e-procurement platforms and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and standardize company-wide MRO procurement strategy.
• Develop stocking, replenishment, and point-of-use programs.
• Drive ERP punch-out catalogs adoption and catalog compliance.
• Analyze demand, spend, and inventory to improve availability.
• Negotiate with suppliers and lead performance reviews.
• Collaborate on category strategies with sourcing managers.
• Develop KPI reporting for spend, savings, and service levels.
• Lead two MRO Buyers/Coordinators with clear goals.
