Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking a senior MRO Manager in Houston to lead the company-wide MRO procurement strategy across manufacturing, warehouse, and project operations.

You will standardize purchasing processes, implement e-procurement catalogs, and drive adoption of preferred catalogs to reduce off-contract purchases. You will partner with operations to forecast MRO requirements, manage supplier negotiations,_kpi reporting, and inventory optimization, ensuring availability and efficient working

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MRO procurement, indirect materials, supplier management, and inventory practices.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and translate operational needs into practical sourcing and supply solutions.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, e-procurement tools, KPI reporting, and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company-wide MRO procurement strategy, aligning priorities with operational needs and future growth.
• Standardize MRO purchasing processes, approved buying channels, and operating procedures across facilities and warehouses.
• Implement and expand ERP punch-out catalogs and other e-procurement solutions with strategic MRO suppliers.
• Drive user adoption of preferred catalogs and reduce emergencies, off-contract, and non-compliant purchases.
• Partner with Warehouse Management to establish stocking, replenishment, and point-of-use programs.
• Analyze demand, spend, and inventory to improve availability, utilization, and working-capital control.
• Develop supplier programs; lead supplier negotiations, performance reviews, and service improvements.
• Identify cost savings, cost avoidance, and process-efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing on category strategies, supplier qualification, risk mitigation, and continuity.
