Job summary

Dairy Challenge in Wisconsin seeks a Maintenance Planner to coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance, manage work orders in SAP, and align schedules with production needs.

You will oversee parts inventory, prepare reports, and collaborate with maintenance staff to continuously improve programs, while maintaining safe working conditions and regulatory compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years MRO experience in manufacturing or related work.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Certification and/or license may be required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently.
• Prepare, review, update, and close maintenance work orders in SAP or equivalent system.
• Manage and prioritize work order backlog to schedule execution based on production needs and resources.
• Schedule daily and weekly maintenance activities.
• Create purchase orders for parts and supplies; negotiate prices and manage purchasing processes.
