Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a maintenance professional to organize and plan all maintenance jobs for a designated group of equipment in our Wisconsin plant. You will manage work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and equipment history to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

The role requires basic mechanical and electrical knowledge, strong planning skills, and familiarity with SAP PM for job scheduling and reporting.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical background required.
• Electrical background helpful for maintenance tasks.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems (SAP).
• Organizational and planning skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and shop personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs, services, and overhauls of equipment for the business unit.
• Assist in managing the MRO budget and maintain relationships with internal/external customers.
• Plan and schedule maintenance department jobs for a group of crafts and areas.
• Prepare materials lists and purchase parts as needed.
• Analyze performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs and equipment history reports.
