Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Procurement Category Manager – Facilities & MRO to drive regional and global category strategies, negotiate major contracts, and lead supplier partnerships across sites. You will shape total cost of ownership, manage supplier performance, and align with Operations, EHSS, Finance, and Legal to meet site needs.

The role emphasizes cost savings, risk management, and sustainability, with a hybrid work model and collaboration across manufacturing and corporate sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or related areas.
• Experience managing Facilities, MRO, Industrial Services, Engineering, Operations, or other indirect spend categories.
• Proven success in supplier negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing decision-makers across multiple levels.
• Ability to collaborate across regions, cultures, and functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital procurement systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead regional and global category strategies for Facilities Services, MRO, Site Services, and Capital Project support.
• Develop and execute category plans aligned with business objectives and cost management goals.
• Conduct complex negotiations for facilities management services, maintenance contracts, and MRO partnerships.
• Identify and deliver value through total cost of ownership initiatives, supplier consolidation, demand planning, and inventory optimization.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, EHSS, Finance, and Legal to meet site requirements.
• Monitor and report KPIs related to cost savings, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.
• Assess and mitigate supplier, operational, safety, and contractual risks through proactive category management.
• Build strategic supplier relationships and lead governance and performance reviews.
• Manage sourcing events (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs) and support continuity through supplier qualification and contingency planning.
• Champion sustainability and continuous improvement across the function.
