Job summary

Lubrizol is seeking a Procurement Manager – Facilities & MRO to lead regional and global category strategies across Facilities Services, MRO, Site Services, and capital project support. You will negotiate contracts, optimize supplier networks, and drive value through total cost of ownership with cross-functional partners.

In this role you will partner with Operations, Engineering, EHSS, Finance and Legal to meet site requirements, monitor savings, supplier performance, and risk, and champion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or operations.
• Experience managing Facilities, MRO, or indirect spend categories.
• Demonstrated success in supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across regions and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and digital procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional and global category strategies for Facilities Services, MRO, Site Services, and Capital Project support.
• Develop and execute category plans aligned with objectives and cost targets.
• Conduct complex negotiations for facilities management, maintenance, and MRO contracts.
• Identify value through total cost of ownership, supplier consolidation, and inventory optimization.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, EHSS, Finance, and Legal to meet requirements.
• Monitor savings, supplier performance, service quality, and risk mitigation.
• Lead governance and supplier relationship management for accountability.
• Manage sourcing events: RFIs, RFQs, RFPs.
• Support continuity through supplier qualification and contingency planning.
• Champion sustainability and reliability through continuous improvement.
