Job summary

Truist is seeking a Senior Analyst for Mortgage Market Intelligence & Channel Pricing Analytics to own loan production and pricing data, building dashboards and reports for regular business reviews across mortgage channels.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, guide pricing strategy, and deliver descriptive and predictive analytics, including ad hoc deep dives on market trends and third-party data sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS, IT, math, or related field.
• 5–10 years of analysis and design experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to generate actionable insights from large datasets.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into analytics initiatives.
• Lead requirements gathering, performance measurement, and result interpretation for stakeholders.
• Design and implement data sources and dashboards to support projects and decisions.
• Analyze client interactions to improve digital adoption and marketing segmentation.
• Provide subject-matter guidance on mortgage loan production trends and pricing dynamics.
• Lead projects with moderate budgets or short-to-intermediate duration.
