Job summary

Truist seeks a Senior Analyst - Mortgage Market Intelligence & Channel Pricing Analytics in Charlotte, NC to own data on loan production, pricing, and vendor subscriptions, and to build dashboards and reports driving informed decisions.

You will deliver descriptive and predictive analytics, competitive market intelligence, and pricing optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, or Information Technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training
• Five to ten years of experience in analysis and design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and creative problem solving to derive actionable insights from large datasets
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Willingness to travel occasionally overnight
• Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to understand strategy and drive cross-functional outcomes
• Lead analysis of business needs, requirements documentation, and performance measurement for stakeholders
• Design solutions to complex business problems through analysis
• Maintain data sources and information systems supporting projects
• Measure client interactions to improve experience, digital adoption, and marketing segmentation with analytics tools
• Apply expertise to recommend actions to business leaders
• Serve as team leader for projects with moderate budgets or short-to-intermediate duration
