Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of banking experience.
• Consumer and mortgage lending experience required.
• Mortgage loan originators must be licensed and register with the NMLS to meet federal SAFE Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Client Advising: Cultivate leads and match borrowers with loan products.
• Document Processing: Collect and verify financial documents for underwriting.
• Pipeline Management: Monitor origination from application to closing with underwriters and appraisers.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to lending laws, including SAFE Act; maintain NMLS registration where required.
• Cross‑Selling: Strengthen relationships by recommending bank products.
