Job summary

A leading mortgage lender in Urbandale is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer. In this role, you will guide clients through the mortgage process, originating high-quality loans. You will build relationships with real estate agents and ensure compliance with all regulations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in mortgage sales, and an active Mortgage Loan Originator license. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage sales, processing, or underwriting.
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator license through NMLS.
• Ability to travel locally for business development.
