Job summary

Scale AI in Washington state seeks a Product Manager, Public Sector, to own a cross-cutting portfolio spanning military planning and real-time AI in LUX. You’ll translate battlefield realities into production-ready inputs for engineering, work with senior DoW and national security stakeholders, and drive deployments inside classified environments.

You will shape product direction, balance constraints across organizations, and travel to customer sites including classified facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Active TOP SECRET security clearance (TS/SCI eligibility preferred).
• 6+ years in product management, technical program management, or senior product ownership.
• Direct experience with DoW or national security community.
• Knowledge of military planning or real-time streaming data systems.
• Record of shipping AI/data products into large, constrained organizations.
• Extreme ownership and end-to-end delivery, with credibility in escalation.

Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes across military planning and LUX portfolios for large-scale DoW and NS stakeholders.
• Translate operational reality into high-signal input for engineering and platform teams.
• Build advisory relationships with senior military leaders and civilian equivalents.
• Drive deployments into classified, high-constrained environments.
• Identify blockers and route through correct channels to resolution.
• Shape cross-cutting solutions across multiple stakeholders and use cases.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineering and Platform Capability teams.
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities based on demonstrated customer value.
