Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience coordinating multi-timeline projects.
• Experience coordinating missions, events, or cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with volunteers.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of mission trips and outreach events.
• Manage participant requirements, payments, and fundraising milestones.
• Develop trip checklists, planning templates, and leader tools.
• Maintain annual calendar of missions initiatives and milestones.
• Collaborate with Finance, Communications, and other Hillside teams.
