Job summary

Hillside Fellowship in Spring Branch, TX seeks a Discipleship Team Lead to guide adult discipleship programs such as re:generation and Journey. You will develop staff and volunteers, align ministry strategies with the church's mission, and oversee operations, communications, and budgets to foster spiritual growth and healing among adults.

Reporting to the Director of Adult Ministries, this full-time exempt role requires leadership, biblical grounding, and the ability to build healthy teams

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of ministry leadership experience in adult discipleship or related environments.
• Experience supervising staff or leading direct reports.
• Familiarity with re:generation ministry model and discipleship programming.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for Hillside's discipleship ministries, including re:generation and Journey.
• Develop staff and volunteers, strengthen ministry systems, and align programs with Hillside's mission.
• Oversee ministry calendars, registrations, curriculum coordination, and participant communication.
• Collaborate with Communications Team to promote opportunities clearly and consistently.
• Monitor ministry health, budget stewardship, and resource planning.
