Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services is seeking Mission Managers/Targeters to support a fast-paced client operation. You will coordinate, resource and oversee persistent collection activities, bridging in-house teams with distributed elements to meet objectives.

The role requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph, prior HUMINT experience, and willingness to commit to a rotating schedule across 24x7 operations. Salary range $100,000 to $190,000 with comprehensive benefits and a three-year contract.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Prior HUMINT operations experience or familiarity with the Community objects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and resource persistent collection operations from planning through execution.
• Synchronize efforts across in-house and geographically dispersed elements to meet defined collection objectives.
• Make complex, multi-factor decisions under significant time pressure and operational stress.
• Assess both the immediate and downstream implications of tactical decisions and how they support broader team objectives.
• Interact directly with customer personnel at all levels of the organization.
