The Waldinger Corporation seeks an experienced Mission Critical Project Executive to provide executive leadership for large-scale, mission-critical construction projects in the Midwest. You will report to our Special Projects Group and may oversee the largest projects across locations, driving safety, quality, financial performance, schedule, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 5-7 years in mission-critical project management or senior leadership in construction or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, building construction, business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning: Leads financial planning and evaluates estimates, forecasts, and project results to support informed decisions and timely corrective action.
• Operations management: Maintains executive accountability for safety, quality, financial performance, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Project oversight: Provides executive oversight for complex projects and directs issue resolution to protect outcomes.
• Client relationship ownership: Develops and maintains relationships with key client decision-makers and grows opportunities.
• Risk management: Oversees contract review, risk identification, and mitigation activities.
• Team development: Develops project leaders and promotes collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Business growth and organizational development: Contributes to strategic initiatives and the growth of capabilities within the organization.
