Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of general construction experience.
• Associates degree in Construction or related field.
• Ability to present construction progress and interim reports to clients publicly.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and Primavera P6.
• Must work well in a project team and maintain a schedule.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects and supervise staff including area superintendents, field engineers, procurement, and scheduling.
• Interface with clients and oversee onsite contractors; enforce safety procedures.
• Coordinate with design, procurement & logistics, and project controls.
• Ensure compliance with project management plans, design intent, and safety procedures.
• Prepare RFIs, track progress, QA/QC, and review shop drawings with contractors and vendors.
• Generate project meetings and daily/weekly/monthly progress and cost reports.

Job description

Position Overview: Position will support all construction management activities.

PROJECT LOCATED IN NEVADA

Key Responsibilities

• Project planning, project staff supervision to include area superintendents, field engineers, on site procurement and scheduling.
• Interfacing clients, oversight of onsite contractors, enforcing safety procedures, reviewing contractor field activities.
• Coordination with engineering design efforts, contract administration, procurement & logistics, and project controls.
• Ensure compliance with all project management plans, design intent, safety procedures, manage onsite contractors work
• Assembly of RFI’s for engineering response, track contractor field progress, QA/QC review and documentation of in place work, reviewing/coordinating shop drawings with contractors, vendors &

• Generation of daily preparation of field progress & material reports, scheduling and cost control updates, and weekly and monthly reports as
