Job summary

OST, Inc. in Orlando, FL seeks a Military Doctrine & Systems Analyst Journeyman to translate Army doctrine, concepts, and training requirements into the design, development, and sustainment of Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS).

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years supporting DoD/Army operations and holds an Active Secret Clearance, with proven ability to coordinate with systems engineers, test engineers, and acquisition staff to ensure doctrinal accuracy across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in military science, systems engineering, operations research, training/education, defense studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years supporting military operations, doctrine analysis, training systems, or defense program support within a DoD or Army environment
• Active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and advisory support by aligning Army doctrine and training requirements with design and sustainment of Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS).
• Analyze doctrine, CONOPS, TTPs, and training strategies; assess alignment with training system capabilities and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, test engineers, acquisition analysts, and leaders to ensure doctrinal accuracy across the system lifecycle.
• Support development and review of requirements documents and training artifacts; participate in meetings and reviews.
