The ideal candidate will have strong systems engineeringexperience with Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) orsimulation software and will support systems engineering planning, requirementsanalysis, interoperability, cybersecurity/RMF coordination, and test andevaluation activities.

• ActiveSecret Security Clearance.
• 8+years of Systems Engineering experience, specifically supporting TADSS, simulation software, training systems, or comparable complex DoD systems.
•Experience with systems engineering planning, requirements analysis, requirements traceability, system integration, verification, validation, and test and evaluation.
•Familiarity with DoDAF architecture and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methods.
•Experience supporting Army or DoD test and evaluation activities and familiarity with AR 73-1 (Test and Evaluation Policy).
•Working knowledge of the DoD acquisition lifecycle and the development and review of systems engineering and technical documentation.
•Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, operations, acquisition, and user communities.
• Strong analytical, technical writing, briefing, problem-solving, and communications skills.
•Ability to work primarily on-site in the Oviedo/Orlando, Florida area and travel domestically or OCONUS as mission requirements dictate.
