Job summary

Specialized Marketing International (SMI), a division of EURPAC Service, Inc., seeks a Business Manager to lead client relationships and drive revenue growth in the military retail channel from our Dallas, TX office. You will manage day-to-day client needs, develop sales strategies, and coordinate with manufacturers on pricing and promotions.

The ideal candidate excels in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office, with strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Track record of growing top line revenue and expanding client base.
• Experience leading client business planning, promotional plan development and implementation to achieve sales, revenue and profit goals.
• Background in Health & Beauty channel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day business for clients in the military channel and provide ROI analyses.
• Drive product sales and brand development within the military channel.
• Be the military channel expert, advising on promotions, MDF investments, pricing and retail strategies.
• Identify trendsetter products and potential new partners to grow the division portfolio.
• Coordinate pricing and product data with manufacturers and keep the sales team informed.
• Support Exchange customers with item setup, quantities, and overstocks.
• Collaborate with BI team on market/sales analyses and share insights for planning.
• Track promotions and category reviews to inform future presentations.
