You will collaborate with Account Strategists and the Account Management Head to deliver measurable outcomes for corporate clients and agencies, balancing performance with customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years Search Engine Marketing or Online Media experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising (CPA, CPM, CPC) and performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client budgets with precision.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver client outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-obsessed mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management for assigned client set and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Account Strategists and Management Head to meet revenue objectives.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with advertiser and agency contacts.
• Drive upsell opportunities and optimize campaigns to achieve client goals.
• Ensure timely escalations and cross-functional alignment to resolve issues.
