Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience, 3–4+ years in programmatic advertising.
• Proven client-facing experience delivering measurable outcomes; DSPs/MMPs preferred.
• Strategic growth mindset with success in account expansion and retention.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Office tools, Power BI or Tableau.
• Able to manage multiple clients and campaigns across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own and deepen client relationships to drive ROI.
• Lead in-depth campaign analysis and conduct QBRs.
• Track account revenue and provide CXO‑level insights.
• Drive quarterly retention, revenue, and margins with upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with traders, ad ops, and cross‑functional partners.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineering on third‑party partners (MMPs, viewability, DMPs).
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to improve AM-region execution.
