Job summary

ANSER seeks a Microelectronics Industrial Base Analyst (Digital Engineering) to support the IBAS program. The role blends program management with deep microelectronics and cloud architecture expertise for large-scale, collaborative projects.

You will research DoD digital infrastructures, oversee hybrid cloud EDA platforms, evaluate proposals, monitor multi-project execution, and prepare executive briefings for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TOP SECRET.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of microelectronics architecture and/or cloud architecture experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with EDA tools or cloud infrastructure for rigorous workloads.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for executive reporting.
• Experience working in a high-tempo, team-oriented government/defense environment.
• Professional PMP/CSEP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze how DoD enterprise digital infrastructures address microelectronics base issues.
• Oversee development of hybrid cloud EDA and collaboration platforms.
• Develop strategy to bridge gaps in domestic microelectronics design, deployment, and sustainment.
• Evaluate proposals and acquisition strategies for digital engineering solutions.
• Monitor execution across multiple funded microelectronics projects.
• Conduct site visits and represent IBAS at meetings and events.
• Support DoD initiatives by identifying investments to improve resiliency.
• Prepare executive briefings and acquisition recommendations.
