Qualifications

Experience leading large and complex negotiations.
Strong problem-solving in tight schedules.
3+ years cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
3+ years defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.
Bachelor's degree required.
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, charts).
Strategic sourcing and end-to-end category management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of MHE sourcing strategies for the network.
