Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or Finance.
• 5–10 years in raw materials procurement, metal trading or supply chain.
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills; able to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Forecast raw material needs for casting using S&OP and schedules.
• Coordinate procurement with CMP to ensure timely, cost-optimized purchases.
• Monitor inventory inflows and levels; chase deviations with suppliers.
• Own contracts with 3rd party remelters for dross and scrap handling.
• Manage weekly and monthly metal inventory levels plant-wide.
• Lead annual physical inventory and quarterly partial inventories.
• Direct Metal Flow Coordinator and temp staff for scheduling and logistics.
• Serve as backup for Metal Flow Coordinator and staff.
• Drive process improvements using CI methodologies.
