Job summary

Constellium Ravenswood, WV seeks a Metal Control Supervisor to coordinate the Cast House production plan in line with sales orders and hot rolling. You will assign production slots, manage metal flow, and communicate daily casting schedules to material expeditors across shifts.

Responsibilities include defining metal charges, maintaining inventories of raw materials and ingots, and driving continuous improvement while leading hourly workers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in a related industrial environment.
• Ability to initiate processes and ideas.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with continuous improvement, preferred.
• Basic chemical knowledge of alloys and material balances.

Responsibilities

• Define, adjust, calculate and analyze metal charges.
• Ensure compliance to Constellium policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide leadership in Continuous Improvement in their area.
• Control and document raw materials and cast ingot inventories.
• Coaches, mentors, and trains the hourly workforce.
