Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in metals service center or related industrial sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office required; SAP and Salesforce.com experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Motivated, aggressive, competitive, and self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with purchasing decision makers across customer organizations.
• Collaborate with inside sales, credit, inventory, and other teams to meet objectives.
• Provide market intelligence to shape service center sales strategies.
• Grow revenue by selling value-added services and programs.
• Manage customer accounts including margin analysis and quality initiatives.
• Promote e-commerce capabilities and implement sales programs.
• Maintain daily call planning to inform customers about industry trends.
