Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Material or Quality Science, or related area.
• 10+ years of total work experience in a technical/metallurgy staff position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to compile, research, analyze information, and present reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead characterization programs and supervise special projects.
• Provide metallurgical support to Manufacturing and R&D as needed.
• Develop plans with leadership to improve efficiency and quality.
• Mentor junior metallurgists and contribute to knowledge sharing.
