Job summary

Comfrt is seeking a strategic Merchant & Commercial Strategy leader to drive merchandising and commercial success across our product portfolio. You will own assortment planning, line architecture, pricing, channel optimization, and financial performance while partnering with Product Development and Design to translate roadmaps into commercially viable assortments that delight customers.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Planning, Finance, and eCommerce to lead go-to-market

Qualifications

7+ years in merchandising, category management, or commercial strategy in a growth environment.
Experience with assortment planning, pricing, margin optimization, and inventory management.
Proven track record across multiple sales channels (DTC, retail, wholesale, marketplaces).
Strong cross-functional partnering with Product, Marketing, Finance, Planning, Creative, and eCommerce.

Responsibilities

Own merchandising strategy for assigned categories, including assortment, line architecture, SKU productivity, and pricing.
Translate product roadmap into commercially successful assortments with strong customer demand.
Lead launches with Marketing for go-to-market plans that maximize engagement and revenue.
Manage category performance: sales, gross margin, inventory turns, sell-through, markdown risk.
