Job summary

Comfrt is seeking an Associate Merchant to support the Senior Merchant in driving commercial performance across assigned categories. You will work at the intersection of Product, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, Marketing, eCommerce, Retail, International and Operations to translate product strategy into commercially successful assortments.

The role requires strong analytical capability, execution orientation, and the ability to manage assortment planning, sales analysis, buy recommendations,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Buying, Merchandising, Planning, or related retail/eCommerce function.
• Experience within apparel, accessories, home, lifestyle, or a high-growth consumer brand preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring analysis of category performance including sales, units, AUR, sell-through, inventory, weeks of supply, margin, and channel performance.
• Prepare weekly selling recaps and identify wins, misses, risks and opportunities.
• Support assortment planning, line development, and launch readiness with cross-functional teams.
