Job summary

Nike seeks an experienced Sales Planning professional to lead multi-season sales, receipt and inventory planning for a broad North America banners portfolio. You will forecast demand, plan supply, and influence financial outcomes, collaborating across finance, planning, and external partners.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in retail planning or product management, with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and a proven ability to translate data into action.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in retail, planning and/or product management.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with others across teams.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collate market data to inform the Merchandise Financial Plan and assess risk.
• Strong command of retail metrics including Retail Sales, ST%, WOS, inventories, revenue and margin.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead multi-season sales, receipt, and inventory plans for banners.
• Forecast consumer demand, plan optimal supply, and meet financial expectations.
• Set top-down plans across Gross-to-Net and Stock & Sales with alignment to the Consumer Architecture.
• Inform forecasts and end-to-end inventory forecasts through planning outputs.
• Reconcile forecasts and present results with cross-functional and leadership teams.
• Lead seasonal financial account meetings and provide context to seasonal plans.
