Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a highly organized Production & Inventory Manager to lead planning, analysis, and purchasing support. You will align production with demand, manage inventory systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, logistics, and finance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years in production or inventory management, and strong ERP experience (Oracle EBS or SAP).

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years of experience in production management or inventory management.
Understanding of production management, SCM, and inventory management.
Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle EBS or SAP) and inventory management systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous, accurate approach to work.
Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
Goal-oriented and responsible work attitude.
Proficient in Office 365 (MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
English communication skills.

Mansioni

Establish and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on orders and seasonal demand, coordinating with leads.
Manage production plan-versus-actual performance and allocate resources accordingly.
Review club-build requests and consider outsourced production needs when developing plans.
Compile production results and regular reports; monitor productivity KPIs and costs.
Identify production delays and bottlenecks; propose and support improvement actions.
Enter and update inventory data in ERP/WMS/ClubCS; ensure data integrity.
Optimize inventory levels and manage scrap, returns, and disposal processes.
Prepare and submit regular production-related reports and assist Senior Manager.
