Job summary

Greater Houston Partnership is seeking a Manager, Member Engagement to partner with leadership and drive engagement across a 200+ member portfolio. You will guide onboarding, retention, and strategic engagement plans that maximize value for member companies and executives.

You'll coordinate benefits, help develop new programs, and collaborate with leadership to advance membership revenue, sponsorships, and initiatives while representing the Partnership with professionalism and tact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in business development, fundraising, or related field.
• Experience in portfolio management is strongly recommended.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and engagement for a portfolio of member accounts.
• Develop strategic engagement plans to maximize membership value.
• Coordinate member benefits and develop new programs with leadership.
• Monitor engagement using CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support revenue, sponsorships, and initiatives.
