Job summary

Raymond James is seeking an experienced meeting and events professional who will manage domestic meetings and investor conferences with significant business impact. You will lead end-to-end program lifecycles, coordinate with multiple departments, and oversee travel and budgeting for large-scale events.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and the ability to deliver high-quality presentations while maintaining meeting data in planning systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, hospitality, or marketing.
• Experience with budgets up to $1 million and meeting logistics.

Responsibilities

• Consult with internal stakeholders on vision, budgetary requirements, and objectives of educational meetings and investor conferences.
• Develop, maintain, and report budgets of up to $1 million.
• Manage programs for up to 4,000 attendees through their lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, closure).
• Cultivate relationships with key personnel across units and with external vendors.
• Create communications for executives and attendees (digital and print).
• Negotiate contracts with hotels and other suppliers and manage travel processes.
