Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plans, budgets, and targets, aligning with corporate strategy.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve internal relationships and external client engagement.
• Communicate the function's strategy and translate it into action within the area of responsibility.
• Set performance objectives for direct reports and manage expectations to achieve annual business objectives.
