Job summary

Raymond James in St. Petersburg, FL seeks an Associate Meetings Planner to support planning and execution of corporate meetings and events. You will manage programs through initiation, planning, execution, and closure, and create online registrations while coordinating travel and on-site logistics.

The role requires collaboration with internal customers and vendors, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple events in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Marketing.
• 7–12 months of general experience in meetings/events or related fields.
• Familiarity with corporate travel policies and event budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manages small to medium programs through lifecycle: initiation to closure.
• Creates and maintains online registration for meetings/events.
• Coordinates air/travel processes with in-house travel agency and approvals.
• Provides on-site event coordination, including liaising with hotel staff and logistics.
• Performs administrative duties for the meeting planning group.
