Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of industry-specific meeting planning experience.
• Hotel, restaurant, and travel logistics knowledge; international experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Cvent and MS Office; advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to travel onsite >25% and work nonstandard hours.
• Strong communication, budgeting, and vendor-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all logistical elements of each program, including site research, invitations, confirmations, travel, production, database management, and on-site coordination.
• Oversee attendee registration, communications, reporting, and on-site registration desk operations.
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Develop and communicate detailed status updates to management and clients.
• Act as client-facing liaison for assigned programs, providing proactive updates and recommendations.
• Research and assess hotel, restaurant, and travel options; develop RFPs and availability reports.
